We are currently Looking for a clear speaking, patient, reliable, compassionate, organized, flexible individual to add to the our team. You would need to be able to speak and write in legible english, be able to follow instructions, understand and apply specific protocols, policies, and procedures, utilize ppe, and be able to work with out constant supervision. You must have no more than 1 moving violation or accident in the last 3 years but preferably 0. You would be able to pass a Live Scan and thereby acquire clearance to enter areas not open to the public. You will be speaking with and interacting with families during difficult times and need to be able to show empathy. The position is on call and will start with a trial and training. Training is paid as is the trial period. You will need to be approved by insurance. If you are interested please follow the instructions that follow:

1. On a Blank sheet of paper (lined is ok but other wise blank) with a ballpoint pen or similar ink pen, Write "Decedent Transport Applicant" at the top of the page.
2. Write your name LASTNAME in all capitol letters and your Firstname with only the first letter capitalized. Then write your phone number with area code.
3. Write your age, the city you reside in, and how long you have had a valid drivers license.
4. Write if you have ever been convicted of a crime or arrested. If so when and for what? This is not automatically a fail. It is necessary for this position however.
5. Do you have a cellular phone? What Brand, Model, and Provider? Ex. Apple Iphone 14plus Verizon. (all work is dispatched using cell phones or mobile apps.) If you do not have a phone but are tech savvy we can still work with you.
6. Are you able to push, pull, and lift up to 100lbs?
7. Have you ever worked in the death care industry? If so please share.

You will get a response with in a couple of hours if you are able to complete the instructions above. After a phone interview is conducted a photo of your drivers license will be requested to be submitted to the insurance company to check if you are insurable. Once that is approved we will schedule an in person and test run. All inquiries about pay will be answered during the phone call. It is an on call position and once hired you will be provided a company vehicle.
