• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities (driveability, check-engine, wiring, etc.)
• Proficient with scan tools, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures
• Dependable, professional, and focused on doing the job right the first time
• Team player with urgency, accountability, and a positive attitude
• Clean, organized work habits and a drive for continuous improvement
• ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
