Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing, radiant heating experience, repair plumbing and must be proficient in various plumbing tasks. This role involves working on residential projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Plumber will be expected to work collaboratively with other tradespeople and adhere to safety regulations on the job site.
Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings along with boiler repair.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks including pipe threading and assembly.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and teams on job sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
• Clean driving record
• Organized individual with excellent communications skills
• Experience in residential plumbing with hands-on experience
• Able to work well with others
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license
• Physically able to lift/lower/place equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing installations
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Radiant flooring installation and maintenance experience a plus
