I have this hydrolic lift, 400 lb capacity. Been sitting outside, so a little rough, but it does lift and lower. Solid metal wheels with a 1/4” layer of some kind of rubber like substance is cracking and falling off, so rolls kind of rough. I’d just chip it off if I were using it.
