I built this sled from 12mm Baltic Birch plywood for perfect 90 degree crosscuts on my left tilt Delta Hybrid tablesaw however it will work with other cast iron top saws with a 5 5/8” or less distance form the outer saw blade edge to the inside edge of the left miter slot (Jet, Powermatic, Grizzly, Craftsman, Ridgid etc)
The perfectly flat/straight fence is made from Baltic Birch plywood as well with a 1/4 Masonite smooth hardboard face, T track with measuring tape and Kreg Flip Stop for quick repeatable cuts. (I drilled a series of holes to lessen the weight)
The micro adjustable aluminum runner will easily adjust for zero clearance fit any 3/4 + or - miter slot and can easily be squared if ever knocked out of alignment
This will crosscut about 18” while keeping at least 2 of the adjustment discs in the miter slot for stability and has a 38” length capacity with the flip stop (infinite with it flipped up of course)
