10-480vac input up to 15.6kva. 30amps. works. can be used on lower voltages. commonly used to gently bring up electronic equipment that has been sitting(this can heal aged caps gently) , controlling dc or ac motors, plating, troubleshooting older arcade monitors, arc welders, tube amps, power supplies, bringing up possibly shorted or untrusted equipment slowly etc. this is not the little 1200w it is the 15.6kva unit it weighs maybe 80lbs
