The Donor Relations Associate is responsible for the strategic cultivation, stewardship, and retention of midlevel and monthly donors. This role is tasked with hitting specific growth targets, including a 10% annual increase in the Constant Companion (monthly giving) and Vehicle Donation programs, and year-over-year growth in the midlevel donor program. The Associate will maintain a high-volume, high-touch communication cadence to convert midlevel donors into long-term partners and major gift prospects. The Associate will actively support all donor events. Prior experience with Raisers Edge and Blackbaud Luminate preferred. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Salary range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hour DOE
