DO YOU HAVE AN EMPTY ROOM IN YOUR HOUSE!? Message me.
Hi!! I'm a professional and student looking for a reasonably priced room (<$600) in Seaside, Sand City, Monterey, or maybe even Carmel.
Why should you let me in your home? Good question. Getting a new roomate can be scary. I'm a professional and hardworking young woman making an honest living studying to be a doctor. I'm friendly, kind, hygenic, responsible, clean, and my friends say I'm funny, I smell good, and I'm easy to be around. Bonus - I'm CPR and First Aid Certified. Only saved one life so far but hey you could be next. A good person to have around. Plus I bake the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever had.
Wondering if I'm gonna sit around and be a problem? Nope! Don't got time for that. I work multiple jobs out of the house, attend university full-time, do yoga, run marathons, travel, and go to church. If I'm home I'm sleeping, cooking, eating, or showering.
I don't watch TV (rare) or play video games (never). I don't have pets, don't wear strong perfume, don't sleep around, never done a single drug in my life besides Tylenol, never smoked (not gonna start), and I'm not interested in annoying you or causing problems or doing any other obnoxious, illicit, or distasteful activity you might fear a roomate would do.
Let's talk business. I can commit to 6 months. Or less. Possibly more if things to well. I'm prepared to pay first and last on move in. I need to move by November 30th, 2025.
