Responsible man seeks another person to rent home together. (Seaside)

We will find a home with front and back yard,multiple rooms garage etc for say $3500-$3800.
We can work out the costs later but utilities would need to be paid as well.
I welcome anyone and Naval Post Graduate officers to look into this with me. If I find a detached house we would both need to apply to try to get the home.
My FICO is about 800, want to cut down my current expenses this way.
