Hi, I hope everyone is doing well! I’m helping my friend (disabled but not mobility disabled and on life time disability) finds safe place a room to rent. Her name is Helen and she’s 45. She has one well behaved cat that stays only in her room. Helen keeps to herself mostly and enjoys cleaning her room, playing with her cat, journaling and talking with life long friends.
She is an avid cleaner, cooks one simple meal a day and cleaning everything up immediately. She can pay up to 800 ( everything included)and can afford up to 200 for deposit.
During the school year she attends MPC, when she’s not in school she’s out and about not just sitting around the house. Furnish would be great but unfurnished is acceptable too.
