I am a single, mature male seeking a nice large clean unfurnished room in a house or apartment. I am a local to the area and have lived and worked in the Salinas/Monterey areas most of my life.

I work full time at the Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca and produce music, and create graphics and videos in my spare time. I'm easy-going, friendly, considerate, and clean with a great sense of humor.

I'm a 420 friendly, non-tobacco smoker, and I don't drink alcohol. I spend most of my spare time creating music or editing videos or watching/listening to music, TV, movies, social media, etc. most all done with headphones.

Always a very conscientious roommate. I am looking for a move-in date of November 1st, 2025.
