I have a large furnished room in 3 bedroom 2300 sq. ft. home. Female preferred but open to the right person. Home is in the gated community of Indian Springs Ranch off River Road. It’s a great neighborhood for walking where you can see horses, 4-H animals and has a pond. Very peaceful setting. Near Toro Park and Highway 68. 10 minutes to CSUMB and Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, about 15 minutes to Natividad Hospital and about 15-20 minutes to the state prison. Kitchen access and plenty of driveway parking. No smoking, drugs, pets or overnight guests. All utilities included. Rent is $1350. (Utilities alone are about $300 but you won’t have to worry about that.) Month to month lease but prefer someone longer term. Shared bathroom with another busy female. Available on or about 10/1/25. Deposit is $1350.

A little about me: I am a busy professional with two children attending UC Santa Barbara. I enjoy time with my friends and relaxing at home when I can. Looking for a trustworthy person with references, proof of income, and credit check to share my home with. Ideal person will be dependable, tidy, considerate, and responsible.

Must be ok with pets as I have a French bulldog and a cat who usually hides most of the time in my room. No other pets allowed as my dog does not get along with other dogs.

The gated community has a park, pond and horse stables. Plenty of area to walk and/or exercise. Across River Road, there is a convenience store, gas station and Mo’s River Road Grill Restaurant. Easy access to everything you may need. Easy drive to Marina, Monterey. Salinas.
