I have a unfurnished room avalible for rent for 1 person. A 6-month lease is required, and also a tennant screening, nothing personal just strictly business, for me to know that you are who you say you are.
Utilities (pg&e, water, sewage & trash) are including in the rent of $1,400. Deposit will be the same as rent. Kitchen, living room, dining, area privileges. Possibly could add parking for a fee, Coin Operated laundry on property. Apartment is cleaned once a week so things are always tidy in the common area.
Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and will be showing to clients. Sorry no pets, no couples, 1 person only, 420 friendly but not required. Ideal for a student or commuter, or someone who wants to save and conserve.
