I will have a room available for rent as of December 16, 2025. This room will be furnished with a bed and a dresser. The rent will be $600/month + $150/security deposit. This room is completely separate from the main house. This room is only for one single individual who is a nonsmoker, nonalcoholic nor any other types of drugs, and with no pets whatsoever.
