$1,375 Seaside bedroom w shared bathroom sublease!

Rent is $1375/month, not including utilities. I'm looking to fill the room from August-November, with the possibility to include December if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we are situated near a school and several cute parks (some with community gardens!). There is plenty of parking, both driveway and street.
There's a spacious living room, a decently sized kitchen with walk in pantry and dining area/bar seating. We also have a patio that is attached to the master bedroom and a garage. Because we're located on the top of the hill we get amazing views of the bay. We're in close proximity to CSUMB and it's pretty easy to walk/bike to Broadway and Fremont, not to mention we have a little bodega a couple blocks away!
Your housemates will be two men in their early 30s. Both are super rad guys and we often hang out when our schedules align. One lives in the master with his small dogs, the other is across the hall from your bedroom and you share the bathroom.
I am looking for someone that is clean, financially stable, and gets along with my housemates!
