Because it is a one-bedroom this person could take the living room which would be $800, which they would have to themselves. Or they could take the bedroom but pay $1200. Security deposit is $500 to be returned according to the condition of the space. The apartment is not in a complex or large building. It is a quiet community.
Kitchen and bathroom would be shared spaces. There is a full-size tub. Apartment has laundry on-site. You would have your own parking space because I do not drive. Your space would not be furnished but I can possibly help with that if needed. Utilities are included free unless you use excessively.
A new tenant would just have to be approved by myself and the apartment management. A background check may be required via Roomies.
It’s just me in the apartment. I work full-time, have excellent credit, and savings so rent will always be paid. Lease is set until May 2026 so no worries there either.
