I live with my son and work remote from home, so I’m looking for a quiet room mate. My son and I are usually never ever home in the evenings, or on weekends. The home is newly remodeled, and always very clean. This isn’t a place for parties, or huge gatherings- although sometimes with notice a friendly gathering would be totally ok.

This post shows photos of the room for rent, the kitchen, the family room, and you also would get your own bathroom and parking and storage in our garage. This is why the rent is $1950. We also have a very cute little outdoor patio with a bbq and chairs that can be used.

I’m in the heart of Soquel, located right next to the freeway, shopping centers and just a 10 min walk to capitola village. The house is 3 bdrm and 2 1/2 bath.
