I am writing to express my interest in a part-time position or any temporary work. I am a motivated and reliable 16 year old student seeking after-school and weekend employment, and I have permission to work.

I have hands-on experience in housekeeping through my family’s small hotel, where I was responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining common areas, handling laundry, and following cleanliness and safety rules. In addition, I have provided housekeeping services for friends and neighbors, which required independence, attention to detail, and time management.
I have also volunteered at fundraising events, where I frequently assisted in the kitchen and was trusted to manage dishwashing and post-event cleanup.
I am physically active, play sports, and am strong for my age, capable of lifting and moving most items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. I take pride in being dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills. I arrive on time, I am obedient, follow instructions carefully, and work well both independently and with others.
