My name is Jeremy, I'm 36 years old. I've been working with electrical for about 15+ years. For the past 7 years I have held a journeyman position with the job title of Lead Electrician. I'm used to leading a crew of about 3-5 guys depending on the job, I also train new guys. I have my own code book plus over the years I've gotten pretty good at memorizing all the code requirements for most jobs (I'm usually on the job site for inspections and after a few hundred inspections, I've gotten pretty confident with my knowledge of electrical code). I do have Pretty much every tool needed for any job, plus a ton of material (anytime I see other companies or even my company throwing away good materials for no reason, I will ask to keep it myself for future jobs). My strongest areas are anything dealing with residential & anything dealing with Solar. By anything I mean from new installs, to new construction, to remodels, to replacing a kitchen outlet. I actually personally enjoy troubleshooting and diagnostics best though (In any area such as solar, residential, commercial, & industrial). I have worked on commercial & industrial buildings too. I'm pretty well rounded with all areas. I also fully understand that a lot of people lie saying they can do everything but when it comes time to show what they know, they are clueless. As for me, I am eager to show my knowledge and my work ethic because I am extremely proud all my work, every job no matter if its small or big is a opportunity for me to show how professional and clean I can be. I always offer to accept lower pay, or a lower position, or to do like a 90 day probationary thing, anything that gives some time for me to prove what I know and show my work ethic to every one & prove I mean what I say and say what I mean. For a full time position I have no problem taking usually 3 - 6 months time to prove that everything I said is 100% true.
