Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing
Review and ensure all files comply with DRE and brokerage requirements
Communicate regularly with agents, clients, lenders, and escrow/title companies
Maintain transaction checklists, deadlines, and document accuracy
Track contingency removals, disclosures, and signatures through systems like SkySlope or Dotloop
Provide excellent client service and support agents to ensure smooth closings
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in real estate administration
Knowledge of California real estate forms and compliance (CAR forms, DRE regulations)
