Warn Winch 8274 Hand Controller this was the early 4 pin version used on the late 70's and 80's Warn Winch's it has been used and somewhat abused the cable has been cut and the plug is missing (just pick up a 4 prong plug like a Hopkins 48325)..
The switch side shields are tearing as you can see in the pic but they could be superglued into place for a permanent fix...
The controller tests good for continuity and still has life left in it working on your older Warn Winch....
