Easy access 2 miles from 101/156, wi 20 min to many Hospitals (Salinas Valley, Natividad), colleges, CSUMB, Hartnell, Salinas and 30 min to Monterey, 50 min to Santa Cruz, Silicon Valley.

NO outside smoking, no barbeques, no burning at any time on property.
