Experience in Moving business, transportation, logistics, dispatching, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Work unsupervised and stay on task
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to learn new software applications - Industry specific software
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
Problem solver who can think independently
Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery
Communicate with drivers, customers, and other involved parties
Schedule appointments in an efficient manner
Assist with customer service and problem resolution
Update management systems and spreadsheets
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
