Perio & Implant Center Monterey Bay is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator who is ready to grow into a Team Lead role. We are looking for a responsible, dependable, long-term professional with a documented history of success in dental treatment coordination and patient care.

About Our Practice
Founded and led by a Board Certified Diplomate Periodontist, Perio & Implant Center Monterey Bay is a privately owned specialty practice dedicated exclusively to periodontal therapy, dental implants, and oral surgery. We are not a DSO—our practice is doctor-owned and operated, allowing us to focus on exceptional patient care, professional excellence, and a positive team culture.
Conveniently located in the beautiful Ryan Ranch area of Monterey, our practice is committed to providing advanced specialty care while creating an outstanding workplace for our team.

Documented dental management and treatment coordination experience.

Strong financial presentation and case acceptance abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Confidence using modern dental software and Microsoft Windows-based PC systems.
Strong keyboarding proficiency and digital literacy.
