We are seeking a Project Manager to help lead high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with clients, architects, field teams, and trade partners to deliver detailed, well-executed homes.

Who are we looking for?
The person we’re seeking has a strong background in construction and understands how to manage projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with clients, architects, field teams, and subcontractors to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with our quality standards.

Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
-Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
-Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
-Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, DropBox, and Fieldwire.
-Knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, and project documentation
Leadership & Management Skills
-Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to self-reflect and learn from mistakes.
-Detail-oriented and solution-driven.
-Adaptable to different teaching methods.
-Eagerness to learn and improve systems.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
