Escarraga’s Luxury Cleaning is seeking a reliable, professional, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our internal team in Monterey. You will support our CEO with daily operations, client relations, etc. We are a growing company, and this role is designed to evolve.
THE DETAILS:
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 12-16 hours/week)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize calls/emails, and coordinate meetings.
Client Relations: Primary point of contact for inquiries; drafting service agreements and lead follow-up.
Financial & HR Admin: Assist with payroll (Gusto/Jobber), log receipts, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
Field Operations: Conduct site walkthroughs for bidding, track inventory, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 2+ years in administrative, operations, or executive support.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Jobber (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Driving: Must have a Valid CA Driver’s License and clean record (for site visits/runs).
Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Mindset: Proactive, discreet, and comfortable in a fast-paced, shifting landscape.
