Peninsula Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team serving Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.
Responsibilities:
* Framing walls, floors, and roofs
* Structural repairs and dry rot repair
* Installation of doors and windows
* Deck and pergola construction
* Siding and exterior finish work
* Reading plans and layout work
* General remodeling and construction tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred
* Ability to read plans and perform layout
* Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
* Experience with structural framing and remodel work
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must have basic hand tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
