GENERAL LABORER – FULL TIME + BENEFITS (Monterey County)

We work on both residential and commercial projects, including remodels and new builds, and we're looking for a hardworking, reliable person to support our crews on job sites.
Requirements:
• Prior construction or job site experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Willingness to assist skilled tradespeople (electrical, tile, framing, etc.)
• Comfortable with site cleanup, material handling, and general prep work
• Bilingual preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality a must
