Hastings Construction is looking for a reliable, experienced driver to join our team full-time. If you know your way around trailers and large vehicles and have a background in construction, we want to hear from you right away.

Steady, full-time hours – Monday through Friday
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Pick up and deliver construction materials safely and on time
Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are secure and fragile materials are handled properly
Plan the best routes using maps and GPS
Perform daily truck inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Keep the truck clean inside and out
Report any delays immediately and communicate with the office
Log all deliveries accurately in our company system
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Clean driving record
Experience hauling trailers and driving large vehicles is a MUST
Construction knowledge required
Class A CDL helpful but NOT required – experience is what matters
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Mid-level experience
Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
Pay is based on your experience, we recognize your skills and pay accordingly.
