Job Description:
- Clean the interior of buildings
* Dust all flat surfaces
* Mop all floors
* Vacuum all carpet areas & rugs
* Clean windows
* Empty and clean Trash and Recycling bins
* Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure availability of necessary paper supplies
* Stock and maintain supply rooms
* Dust furniture and fixtures
**Report major maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Set up facilities for special events and meetings
Respond to emergency situations, such as spills or facility damage
Ensure all doors and windows are locked and secured at the end of the shift
Skills and Qualifications'
*Good communication skills
*Ability to lift at least 25 Lbs.
*Excellent time management skills
*Work well without supervision
*Paid on the job training
