Thanks for reading. I’m a single gay male, 57, and retired early two years ago, and am planning a move to the Monterey area to be near my family. White collar professional who in my career led non profits and public farmers markets. Responsible Hippy-progressive type man who is responsible, kind and happy.

I am looking for a large studio or 1 bed 1 bath or ADU in Pacific Gove, Monterey or Carmel, apartment and reasonably priced for myself and my 11 year old black Lab Edie Sedgwick. She’s a sweet gentle girl whom I’ve had since she was two months old.

I’d be more than happy to help around the property, etc.

I love to read, garden, cook and am a quiet homebody. My interests include politics, current event, historic preservation and decor.
