Although the box is a bit tattered from sitting around my home, the PDM is still brand new it even has the peel still on the screen. I plugged it in and it works and came up with the date setting screen which has never been set.

Sorry for bad photos, it's what happens when taking a photo of another screen that is turned on like you can see of the photo of my computer screen does it too.

I only bought it at the urging of my Endocrinologist telling me "if something happens to your phone, you'll wish you had the PDM" to which I replied, "If something happens to my phone, I'll have a lot more to worry about other than my blood sugars" but I went ahead and bought the PDM with my first order of sensors anyway.

It's never been used as I always used my phone but I was switched to the G7 a while back so I have no use for the G6 PDM any longer.

$110 cash only, you pick up in Seaside, CA. Sorry, but no delivery or shipping as I'm disabled and don't drive anymore.
