The mattress elevates your head above the rest of the body to help reduce sinus congestion and acid reflux. It works great. It reduced my sinus buildup and the associated sinus headaches tremendously. The foam mattress has yellowed on the edges, but it retains its form, is clean, with no stains and no tears. I purchased it about 18 months ago and it is still in great shape. Moving, must sell. $25.
