Pine Acres Lodge has a total of 14 units varying in size from studio, one bedroom to two bedrooms. It’s in a residential area four blocks from Asilomar State Park with a shoreline trail and magnificent sunset views! It’s one mile to downtown and to Lover’s Point Beach and Park.

This studio unit has a roomy sitting area, a king murphy bed, kitchen, full bath. It’s 300-square-feet and single-level with a small patio area. The kitchen includes a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and small refrigerator. There’s an electric fireplace. The property includes a BBQ dining area, a deck with settee and chairs, and a hot tub spa area. Parking is in front of each unit. The units have good heating and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer on site.

Unit is available for sale (or rent to buy). All taxes and fees are paid for current year with a reservation for November 8-15. The Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary is four blocks away and peak viewing season is November to January. This timeshare is deeded for perpetuity.

Since all owners can rent any unit for a discount, we don't need to own several weeks. If you’re interested, you rent a few days to check it out, change current dates or buy it and rent it back to us.
