You will be responsible for preparing classic American breakfast and lunch favorites in a high-speed environment. This role requires someone who can pivot from a steady daily service to executing events without missing a beat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Crushing the Line: Delivering high-quality American breakfast (eggs, griddle, proteins) and lunch (sandwiches, salads, hot entrees) at a rapid pace.
Event Execution: Leading prep and service for events with efficiency and scale.
Maintaining the Standard: Keeping an ultra-clean and organized workspace. We believe in "clean as you go."
Professionalism: Bringing a respectful, "can-do" attitude to the team every single day.
