This job is part time Monday-Friday
There is opportunity for more than part time as we have 2 food trucks and do special events and catering.
Food truck experience is welcomed as well as event service.
Expectations:
-Food Handler (or is willing to take Food Handler exam)
- experience in kitchen (fine dining is a plus)
-willing to learn, grow, and be a team player
-importance of maintaining a clean work space
-understands how to label/ portion food
- willing to wash dishes during slow time
-excited to make menu ideas and specials
-reliable and punctual
- is able to work grill during fast paced lunch rush
-willing to jump onto any station for BOH when it is needed
-can work Monday-Friday around 8:00am-3:00/4:00 (depending on employee can also work events or food truck after hours)
