Night Time Kitchen Manager needed- 3pm-1030pm. More hours may be available. 12pm - 1030pm on busy weekends is preferred.
40 hours a week + Overtime. You will be expected to work the line and manage 1-2 staff members.
Requirements:
- Responsible for the supervision and leadership of line cooks.
- Hands-on management and leadership style, with effective production experience
- Interview, hire, develop, train, coach, and manage the kitchen staff; this is your team
- Positive attitude and works well with FOH and BOH. Treats people with respect and creates a positive work environment.
- Be available for paid management meetings and discussions outside normal scheduled shifts.
