The Wine House is a beer and wine bar located in Carmel Valley Village and we are looking to hire a WEEKEND prep cook. Our kitchen team is small but mighty and we need someone we can count on who thrives and enjoys being in a kitchen.
Required Hours:
Saturday 12-8pm
Sunday 11-7pm

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple prep tasks
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food item
Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
