This job provides a full-time professional assistant and accounting support.
Responsibilities & Duties may include but not limited to the following:
• Filing of accounts payable invoices, set up new vendors
• Maintain billing paperwork
• Enter Monthly and daily billing and processing invoices
. Payrol
. Human resource
• Cash application and payment processing
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Assist with answering phones, customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• QuickBooks and related accounting, bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
• Must possess knowledge of bookkeeping procedures including accounts payables and receivables
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and well organized
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Decision making skills
• Effective verbal communication
• Excellent Microsoft Office/Excel skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting
