I’ve only done routine maintenance over the years — oil changes, filters, spark plugs, etc. — nothing major or unexpected. It’s never given me any real mechanical trouble. I’ve also kept a simple maintenance log since I bought the car. Most of the mileage is highway — I used it for my daily commute from Salinas to Pacific Grove for about 12 years, plus occasional trips to San Jose once or twice a week.
