12x20x9 Carport. New in box. 2025 model. The box it comes in is 85"x40"x12”. Thats 7 feet 1 inches long and 3 feet 4 inches wide.
Can load into any truck, onto roof racks, and even into a van I have a forklift on site. Weighs 570 pounds in total. Can unload the box by hand in less than ten minutes on your end.
I used one of these for close to 5 years before I moved and never had an issue. It was pretty easy to install as well and had it done before lunch with 2 people.
The roof and sidewalls are 27 gauge corrugated sheeting metal. The frame structure is 2 inch, 15 gauge galvanized steel framing so it will not rust.
This frame runs across the ground as well along both sides and has stake pockets if you want to stake it into the ground of throw sandbags over the top of them to keep them weighted.
That being said, I never had mine anchored into the ground and it never blew away on me and we had some bad storms over the years. The fact it weighs over 500 pounds in total will certainly help.
It is 11 feet 6 inches wide inside, 20 feet long, 8 feet high on the inside edges, and 9 feet 6 inches high at the top ridge.
