Seeking Small Studio or Office Space to Rent – Budget $300–$500

Hi everyone! Does anyone know of any small office or studio spaces for rent in Monterey, Pacific Grove, or Carmel? Monterey is my first choice. I’d prefer a location with somewhat decent visibility. I can only work part-time therefore my budget needs to stay between $300–400/month while I’m rebuilding my clientele but $500/month would be my absolute ceiling for the right space. If you know of anything available or someone renting out a space, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you😊
