Looking for a place for motorhomes (Monterey/Seaside/Marina)

Three adults living in 2 motorhomes looking for a place to park and live. We are self sufficient with generator, water & waste buckets. One of us works from home and occasionally has a customer come over. Currently looking for a smaller motorhome to replace one that we have. We are now paying someone $500. He just has other plans for the property now.
