Toki Kinship Ceramics is opening in S. Salinas soon!
I’ve been doing ceramics since I graduated high school in 1997, and now that I am turning 47, the time has come to launch a public facing community ceramic studio in Salinas! The concept is simple: a relaxing, inclusive, creative space for people who are committed to the ceramic arts.
We will offer beginning an intermediate workshops on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and for those with experience, open studio Tuesday through Saturday at hourly and monthly rates.
In addition, we will offer kiln services, and supplies, such as tools, clay, glazes, etc., so that you can work outside of the studio as well and simply bring your work in to have it fired.
The studio in itself is about 650 ft.², and will have great music, great coffee, and a really knowledgeable and engaging in community to connect with. If you’d like more information, please message me for more details.
