If you like the idea of baking bread very easily, this is the simplest and most energy efficient way of doing it. This machine will mix your dough, allow it to rise (at the optimal temperature), proof it (i.e. second rise) and bake it -- all in one machine.It uses MUCH less energy than a full size oven to bake a loaf.
Convenient 7 foot grounded power cord. I have added a velcro strap to it to keep things neat when you put the appliance away.
New, a breadmaker similar to this is between $85 and $150.
This one is in excellent condition with only a minor dent at the back. The manual is available online.
