At the Pajaro Wall Street Inn, We are a 4 story apartment complex that has 70 units. We have a Mexican restaurant, smoothie place and a beauty salon all connected on the first floor. We are in the heart of Watsonville and are considered a historic building since it was built in 1911. This used to be a old hotel but the owner turned it into 1 bedrooms and studios for rent. We have Free WIFI on every floor, laundry rooms on every floor as well and parking across the street at the garage which is run by the City of Watsonville, which I believe cost 30.00 per month. Our studios are a standard studio with a 2 burner stove, microwave and refrigerator.
