The house is in a great location and right behind Bayonet Blackhorse Golf Course. 5 minutes away and easy access to Highway 1 and many great restaurants, fast foods and major shops. It is close to just a very short drive from house to almost every major attractions in the Peninsula of Monterey. The room is perfect for students/contracts/professionals studying or working in DOD-DMDC (3.6 Miles), NPS (4.0 miles) , CSUMB (4.1 miles), MPC (5 miles), MIIS (5.7 miles), DLI (3.6 miles in Seaside and 5.7 miles in Monterey) and Professionals in Chomp Hospital in Ryan Ranch (5.1miles), near Pebble Beach (7.5 miles) and Flight Attendants in Monterey Airport (5.3 miles) etc.
One furnished bright, quiet and ocean view master bedroom with a Jacuzzi, private bathroom in 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths beautiful house for around rent size 550 sf, queen-sized bed. Use of kitchen if you can keep it clean, and light cooking or no cooking definitely preferable. Easy street parking. Owner Association fee, Sewer, Trash fee are included. High-Speed Internet, Gas & Electricity and Common Area Professional Cleaning fee are not included, and you share it with us. Security deposit $2065, month-to-month at lease 30 days ahead of notice required upon moving out for the long term.
I am looking for a roommate who is clean, kind, considerate, honest and responsible professional or student etc. having a good credit history. Cooking is ok, but we do prefer sometimes light cooking or no cooking. Credit and background check will need to be processed before sharing. Application fee $50 is required.

This house is located in an upscale area of Seaside city. It is a luxury estate that features safe, fabulous surrounding of Monterey Bay.
No Pets (sorry, some of us allergy to Pet), No Smoking(include Vaping), No Excessive Drinking/Drunker, No Drug Users and No illegal activities!
*Notes:
1)This room price is for one person, a guest stays overnight or the second person share the room, it will be required for $25/day; but for over 3 months long-term renter, your guest fee is $25/day, $150/week, or $350/month + shared utility and it needs to be approved by the owner first (this room only could add one more person as a temporally guest).
2).Any short term lodger (not more than 3 months), the additional $150/month will be automatically added for this room on the current base price $2015 for over 3 months staying rate. If other bedding basic supplies need to be furnished as well, one time charge $100 will be added for less than or eq to 3 months staying or $200 will be added for greater than 3 months staying.
