Travel time varies to Santa Cruz, usually about 1 hour.

$1,350/month, plus proportional share of utilities (per person) or $1550/month, which includes all utilities.
Since we live on-site, we prefer someone who is quiet, mature, not a partier, and have a limited number of guests.
