Living room/bedroom-combo area: with large closet, storage shelves, window, with TV dish connection and private landline phone, gas heating, with cooling fan. Wifi available.
New full futon expands into full size bed with additional 2 inch mattress topper, with several little tables around.
Closet big with 2 bureaus and clothes pole, curtains, shelves.
Bright Bathroom: has shower, handheld shower line/head, sink, mirrors, toilet, racks, and shelves.
Good propane wall heater. No electric heaters allowed, but electric blankets are fine.
Laundry services within 10 minutes of rental.
Home Insurance does not protect renter (need own renter's insurance) is for non smoking only. No smoking, no barbeques, no burning, since we are in country.
Great location good weather: 20 minutes from several local hospitals, Monterey, Salinas, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, and Silicon Valley. Areas good for jogging, hiking, horse barn down street. Very peaceful.
Rent and Utilities Total = 1150 + 250 utilities for the furnished studio. Month to month. Pet rent negotiable.
