Studio will eventually will be occupied by my Mom who has painfully expensive taste. All finishes are high end, including custom cabinetry, electric Revillusion fireplace that is very realistic, hand tufted boucle headboard, 36" farmhouse sink with workstation, reverse osmosis water purifier, travertine tile in bath, dedicated mini split with A/C or heat and a Toto Bidet. Studio is south facing so it gets sun most of the day and is sheltered by the house. Jaw dropping views of the village and mountains from all windows.
Studio also has fully furnished kitchen, with apartment size appliances with small peninsula. It is stocked with Williams Sonoma or similar furnishing - appliances (coffee maker, toaster, oven has air fryer capabilities), pots and pans and all dishes/glassware that you might need. The kitchen has a stacked washer and dryer.
There's a built in desk and a closet system. There is a small patio/deck overlooking the valley with a BBQ and bar/stools dedicated to the studio.
Bed in the studio is King Kluft bed.
The studio also has own 55 inch LG smart flat screen TV (w Netflix, Amazon etc). You can watch live TV/cable through Xfinity stream app. Studio has a sliding glass door and window over the desk with stunning views of the mountains. There's also blackout drapes/shades. Most of the shades are automated.
Location: Studio is attached to our house, down some stairs from the shared driveway (see stairs in photos). House is gated and is located on hill above Carmel Valley Village. It is within walking distance of the village (about 0.8 miles) and all of the wonderful restaurants and wine tasting the village has to offer. Bernardus Lodge is 5 minutes away and Carmel Valley Ranch is about 10 minutes. Carmel and Pebble Beach are about 15-20 minutes away and Monterey is about 25 minutes away.
Looking for clean, considerate and quiet renters. No illegal drugs, no smoking on property. The house/property is a serene adult place. There is a dog on the property and two indoor/outdoor cats, but they do not spend any time in the studio. If you have a pet and your pet would get along with the pets already on the property and they are well behaved, they would be considered.
Rent is $2850/month and includes all basic utilities, but also wireless Internet and Xfinity Cable TV w HBO and shared DVR with house.
$1200 Security Deposit Required.
